📦 Orders & Process
How can I create a wholesale account?
You can create an account by selecting “Create Account” at b2b.glowberry.gr. After entering your business details, our team will verify your professional status and notify you via email once your account is approved.
What information do I need for my account to be approved?
You will need to provide your company details, such as company name, VAT number, and other professional information. These are required to confirm your business status.
How can I place a wholesale order?
To place a wholesale order at Glowberry B2B, you must first register as a partner. Once your account is approved, you can log in, view wholesale prices and availability, add products to your cart, and complete your order by clicking “Place Order”.
Is there a minimum order amount (MOA)?
Yes. The minimum order value is €200 (excluding VAT). However, there are no restrictions on quantity, and you can order as many units as you want from any brand.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order is paid, it is shipped immediately. Orders paid before 14:00 are shipped the same business day; orders after 14:00 are shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Are there discounts based on order value?
Yes. Discounts are applied based on pre-VAT order value:

Discounts are applied automatically in your cart based on order value.
💳 Payments
Which payment methods are accepted?
Wholesale orders can only be paid via bank transfer to one of Glowberry’s accounts (Alpha Bank, National Bank, Piraeus Bank, Viva Wallet). Full bank account details are sent to you in the order confirmation email.
Do you offer credit?
No, we do not offer credit. Payment must be made in full via bank transfer before products are shipped.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method for wholesale purchases. You will receive the account IBAN with your order confirmation and have 4 business days to complete the transfer, referencing your order number and name. Any bank fees are the customer’s responsibility. Orders not paid within the deadline will be canceled.

Do you ship outside the mainland?
We ship across Greece and Cyprus, including islands and remote areas. For international orders, contact us at b2b@glowberry.gr for options and pricing.
📃 Invoicing & Documentation
Do you provide an invoice with each order?
Yes, every completed order is issued with an invoice sent along with your order.
Can I get a proforma invoice before payment?
Yes. Please contact us if you need a proforma invoice before completing your payment.
Are the prices on the site inclusive of VAT?
No. B2B prices are net wholesale prices. VAT is added automatically in your cart.
Can I get a detailed price list in PDF/Excel?
No. All wholesale prices are available exclusively on b2b.glowberry.gr for approved partners.
Do reduced VAT rates apply to my region?
If your region has a reduced VAT rate, please contact us after registration. From that point, all your invoices will reflect the reduced VAT. Note: the site defaults to the standard 24% VAT rate and adjustments are applied manually after discussion.
🧴 Products & Availability
Are product details in Greek?
Yes. Some products include Greek information. For others, we attach labels with product information, usage instructions, and precautions. Each product also lists the EU RP (Responsible Person in Europe), showing CPNP certification and EOF approval.
Are all products visible available for wholesale?
Products you can add to your order are immediately available and reserved for you for up to 4 business days until payment. Rare stock discrepancies may occur, and our team will contact you if necessary.
How can I stay updated on new arrivals or out-of-stock items?
Contact us at b2b@glowberry.gr for updates. Logged-in accounts can view real-time stock or subscribe for notifications when out-of-stock products become available.
Do you provide testers or samples?
Yes. Testers are available for selected codes with a 40% discount for 7+ units and free for 15+ units per code. Testers must be requested manually. Samples are added to all orders, with additional samples available at very low cost.
Do you provide marketing materials or display kits?
Yes, basic promotional materials and leaflets are provided depending on supplier availability. Contact us for available marketing tools.
Are there restrictions on retail pricing?
Some brands enforce a Minimum Retail Price (MRP) to maintain brand value. If applicable, this is shown on the product page.

You can reset it on the login page at b2b.glowberry.gr by selecting “Forgot Password.” You will receive instructions by email.
How can I edit billing or shipping details in my account?
Contact us for account changes. Shipping details can be updated before completing an order at checkout.
Where can I see my order history?
Order history is available in your account under “Order History,” showing all past orders in detail.
