Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions for Exchanges and/or Returns

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, Glowberry provides the option to exchange or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is unused and undamaged.

Important conditions:

  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted for products that have been used or show signs of wear, except in cases of defective products.

  • For returns of non-defective products, the original packaging seal must remain intact (i.e., the package must not be opened), and there should be no visible signs of use.

To exercise your right to withdraw, exchange, or return a product, please notify us in writing via email at hello@glowberry.gr or by phone at +30 28210 72233.

  • For an exchange, the original product must be returned before the replacement is shipped. The desired new product must be purchased again if applicable.


Consequences of Withdrawal

  • In the case of withdrawal, Glowberry will refund the full purchase amount without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date the customer notifies us of their decision to withdraw.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds may be delayed until the returned product is received.

Shipping costs:

  • For defective products, the return shipping cost is covered by Glowberry and will be fully refunded to the customer.

  • For all other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs for returning products.

Hygiene note:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use or whose original packaging seal has been removed are considered used and cannot be returned.

Order cancellations:

  • For cancellations of orders paid via bank transfer, a valid IBAN must be provided by the customer to process the refund.
