Payment Method

The preferred payment method for wholesale purchases is bank transfer to one of the company’s accounts (Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Viva Wallet).

For bank transfers, customers will receive the account number to which the payment should be made. When making the transfer, the customer must include the order number and their name.

Customers have 3 business days from the date of the order to complete the transfer. Any bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will only be confirmed once the payment has been received. If the corresponding amount is not received within the deadline, the order will be canceled.
