Wholesale Ordering Procedure

Step-by-Step Wholesale Procedure

  1. Register Your Account

    • Click on “Create Wholesale Account” on the Glowberry B2B platform.

    • Fill in your company details. Within a few hours, after verifying your business credentials, you will receive an email confirming your registration on the e-shop.

    • (This step applies only for first-time registration.)

  2. Login

    • Use the “Login” button with your credentials.

    • Once logged in, you can browse the website, view wholesale prices, and check product availability.

  3. Add Products to Your Cart

    • Select the products you wish to order and add them to your cart.

    • After completing your selection, click “Submit Order”.

  4. Order Confirmation & Payment

    • Within 24 hours, your order will be confirmed.

    • You will receive a detailed cost breakdown including shipping, along with the invoice for payment via bank transfer.

  5. Order Processing & Shipping

    • After your payment is received, it takes 1–2 business days to prepare and ship your order.

    • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.

Minimum Order Value

  • The minimum order value before taxes is €200.

  • For out-of-stock products, you can inquire about the expected arrival date by contacting b2b@glowberry.gr.

Tester & Sample Policy

  • Official suppliers do not provide free testers, but special discounted prices are available for certain product codes to meet business needs.

  • Suppliers do not provide free samples, but Glowberry offers low-priced sample packages to help businesses promote products easily.

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping for all orders via BOXNOW lockers.

  • Free delivery to your location via ACS Courier for orders of €450 and above (after taxes).

  • For orders above €2000, shipping may require a freight service, and costs will be arranged upon agreement.
