Dr. Althea Anastatica Skin-Conditioning Toner is a lightweight, natural toner formulated with 85% extract from the plant Anastatica Hierochuntica, also known as the Rose of Jericho.

The Rose of Jericho has evolved to revive itself even in the driest environments with just a drop of water. This toner penetrates deeply into the skin, enhancing hydration and elasticity. It is made entirely from EWG Green Grade natural extracts and is cruelty-free.
It revitalizes tired, dry, and irritated skin.
